JEW M-Sand HSI (Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher) is specially designed to produce M-Sand from below 40mm size aggregates. Its productivity is high, consuming less power. Top  housing can be opened for maintenance through a hydraulic system. The hydraulic system is inbuilt into the machine. The rotor is dynamically balanced to eliminate vibrations and stresses. Rotor dics are strengthened and covered from wear plates. Body internal hull is fully layered with wear resisting lining plates. The Blobars, impact plates and linier plates are heavy wear resistant special alloy steel. Blowbars can be reversed when top side is worn out. Wear status can be seen through inspection door on the sides. Very easier to operate and maintenance.
